オーストラリアの都市ブリスベンに住むある猫はニンジャと呼ばれている。ニンジャは
定期的に隣人のものを盗み、飼い主のところに持ってくるのだ。デイリーメールが報じた。
４歳のオスであるニンジャは隣人の家や庭で見つけた靴下、靴、帽子、下着などを
持ち運んでくる。
ニンジャの変わった趣味に関連し、、ニンジャの飼い主であるケリー・マクレイ(33)さんは
フェイスブックにアカウントを作り、盗難品を持ち主に返すために、ニンジャが持ってきた
ものの写真をアカウントで公開している。
マクレイさんによると、ニンジャは実質毎日盗みを働いているという。隣人の大多数は、
猫のこの変わった執着にユーモアの気持ちを持ちながら対応しているという。
